How to wrap happiness into words?
From September 2014 I've been helping the marketing department of DPD Czech Republic with the copy of most of their print and online promotional materials. In March 2015, DPD has gone through a global rebranding and under the new name DPDgroup they are currently delivering happiness in more than 230 countries. I came up with a new tone of voice for the Czech branch, which fits both the local approach and the global style of communication. In the autumn 2014 I conducted an internal questionaire research and based on the outcome I created a new communication manual for all the texts of DPD CZ.
